A simple, easy to understand refund policy.
What's covered.
Defective Products.
If you’ve received a defective product, please Contact Us within 5 days of the date of delivery. We might ask you to send us photos of the defects, after which we’ll process the refund.
Undelivered Products.
If you don’t receive your shipment, please Contact Us. We’ll coordinate with the delivery partner and find out what’s wrong. If it turns out that your order cannot be delivered, we’ll process a refund.
What's NOT covered.
Size Issues.
All tees on TeeRagers are ONE SIZE. Please refer to the size chart on the product page carefully before placing an order, as refunds for sizing issues are not accepted.
Delayed Delivery.
We understand it’s frustrating if a tee you’re excited for is delayed on its way to you, however, barring a situation where the product cannot be delivered to you at all, refunds for delays in delivery are not accepted.
Personal Preference.
Your choice and taste in tees is a deeply personal matter. We’ll be saddened to hear if you aren’t thrilled by your purchase, but unless the product you receive is defective, we cannot process a refund.
Other Situations.
In case you’re looking for a refund for reasons other than the ones listed above, please Contact Us and we’ll be glad to help you out. While we promise to work with you to remedy the situation, please understand that a refund is not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees.
Any shipping fees (if applicable) is not refundable under any circumstance.
Refund Timeline.
Upon approval of your refund request, a refund will be processed within 1 working day, and the amount credited back to the payment source within 3~5 days.
